I served as the primary liaison between the MSBA program and the Marketing & Communications team, driving brand consistency across all platforms. My work included leading LinkedIn strategy and ad campaigns, managing HubSpot email marketing with segmented content, and producing both the Practicum Pinnacle and quarterly program newsletters. I led marketing initiatives for major events such as the Women’s Conference and Business Analytics Conference, updated the website and event landing pages, and collaborated with the media team to produce a program video. .
Events
The Practicum Pinnacle
Created and published Practicum Pinnacle, a newsletter featuring case studies from MS in Business Analytics practicum projects. I collaborated with the program’s managing director to transform complex student and client work into compelling, accessible stories that highlighted real-world impact, strengthened program visibility, and showcased the value of the practicum experience.
Practicum Project Video
Developed the script and creative narrative for a video showcasing the MS in Business Analytics practicum experience. Working closely with Emory University’s media team, I helped translate a complex academic offering into an engaging story for prospective students and other key audiences.
Social Channels
Managed content for the program’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels, creating and publishing posts that highlighted student experiences, faculty expertise, events, program milestones, and practicum outcomes. I tailored content for each platform to strengthen engagement, expand program visibility, and connect with prospective students, alumni, and industry audiences.
Digital Marketing Workshop, Instructor Start:Me Atlanta
Some of my favorite moments came about when I volunteered as a digital marketing workshop instructor and mentor for Start:ME Atlanta, an entrepreneurship accelerator in partnership with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. I taught practical marketing strategies to entrepreneurs from underserved Atlanta communities, helping participants strengthen their digital presence, reach customers, and grow their businesses.
